Human Resources Services (HR Services) are Genesis’s flagships service since 2014. These services are provided through Resources Provisioning Model, in which Genesis provides Human Resources according to the number and specific qualifications required by Client, to fill job positions in the front line, back office or Information Technology, starting from administration, operators, staffs up to managerial level. Genesis HR Services are divided into 2 (two) categories:
Human Resources Executive Search Services
Genesis HR Executive Search Services cover recruitment process starting from sourcing, screening, testing, interview up to placement of candidates whose employment status is under the Client
Human Resources Managed Services
Genesis HR Managed Services includes recruitment process, monthly routine administration up to employee development. In this arrangement, candidates are placed at Client’s work site while the employment status will be under Genesis.
